It should be massaged with circular movements starting from the base of the neck and going up towards the face and forehead. Starting from the neck, slide the hands towards the center of the chin and go up towards the ears to finish at the height of the temples. While gliding with the fingertips, perform light finger pressure to stimulate the muscles. Continue sliding on the nasal septum and cheeks then return to the base of the neck. Repeat 3 times.
